Taking care of your body is easy, taking care of your mind can be difficult. Far too often we spend our days thinking about the past and the future, when we could be living in the present moment. Every once and a while it is important to stop what you are doing, and exist in the here and now. In this episode, we will discuss some ways to practice mindfulness while doing every day activities.
